These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of this website and the purchase of products.

These Terms apply to all purchases made through the LONGSHOT Classics website by consumers.

LONGSHOT Classics sells physical streetwear apparel.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Minor variations in color or detail may occur.

Prices

All prices include VAT at the applicable legal rate.

Shipping costs are displayed before checkout.

LONGSHOT Classics reserves the right to modify prices at any time.

Orders

After successful payment, the customer will receive an order confirmation email.

LONGSHOT Classics reserves the right to cancel ordens in cases of:

Technical errors

Stock unavailability

Suspected fraud

Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times:

Portugal: 3–8 business days

European Union: 3–14 business days

International : 7-14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not legally binding.

LONGSHOT Classics is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or force majeure events.

Return & Refund

Under EU consumer protection law, customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the customer receives the goods.

Return Conditions


The customer bears the return shipping costs.

Items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Undamaged
  • With original tags attached
  • In original packaging

Used or damaged items will not be eligible for refund.

Refunds 

After receiving and inspecting the returned item:

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.

LONGSHOT Classics shall not be liable for:

  • Improper use of products
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Business losses

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

All content, branding, designs, logos and materials are the exclusive property of LONGSHOT Classics.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution or comercial use is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law.

Consumers may access alternative dispute resolution mechanisms available in the European Union.
