REFUND & RETURN POLICY

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

Include your order name and number.

After that we will tell you how you should proceed.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• Undamaged
• With original tags attached
• In original packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be refunded and will be returned back to the client.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service. LONGSHOT is not responsible for lost return parcels.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Processed within 14 days of receiving the return

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except white required by law.

Defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
