Order Processing

All orders are processed after payment confirmation.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Portugal: 3–8 business days
  • European Union: 3–14 business days
  • UK:7-14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination country and carrier.

LONGSHOT Classics is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs procedures, or force majeure events.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before completing the purchase.

Customs & Import Duties

For orders within the European Union, no additional customs duties are expected.

Customers outside the European Union are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or additional fees imposed by their local authorities.

If any unforeseen charges arise due to local regulations, the customer is responsible for those costs.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

LONGSHOT Classics is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address details, additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

For lost shipments, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
